Nyvka Tract

Its altitude is 1,200 m. The European cedar pine (Pinus cembra) grows here. The source of the Sitnyi mountain stream (the left tributary of the Zelenytsia River, which is the right tributary of the Bystrytsia Nadvirnianska River) is located nearby. Flowing through the tract, the stream disappears under the surface of rocky soil, and 500 m further emerges from beneath it. Above the Nyvka tract, primeval spruce and cedar forests grow.
